The Agentbox Training Team is a dedicated group of individuals whose collective experience is over 50 years of training teams, individuals and companies and over 25 years in the real estate and sales industry.

Alison McCrae | Head of Training

Alison has been in training for over 15 years now, specialising across the retail/hospitality and real estate industry. Her experience has seen her work with businesses of all shapes and sizes helping them develop employee skills, drive process improvement and conduct software migrations.

She likes a good laugh, a good trivia fact and a good cup of coffee. When not at work can be found wandering around Sydneys Northern Beaches with her one-eyed doggy companion Ginger.

Richard Holmes | Training Consultant - VIC

Stage Name: Ricardo

Former Heavyweight Champion of the World, part time crime fighter, street magician – and occasional Agentbox trainer.

Ricardo has over 30 years experience in Learning & Development, specializing in Sales Training & Coaching. He is passionate in assisting clients gain main maximum value from Agentbox, to nurture more relationships, win more listings and ultimately sell more properties.

He supports Essendon – because he is wise.
Not a fan of squirrels.

John Moussa | Training Consultant – NSW

John has over 12 years experience in the Real Estate industry, Having worked as a Sales Agent, Agent trainer and is also an Auctioneer on the weekends. John has a passion for real estate and loves to share his industry knowledge with his clients to help them get the most out of Agent Box.

In his free time John enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing Oz -Tag, Rugby League and going to the gym. He's a diehard Parramatta Eels fan.

Natasha Wood | Learning and Development Specialist – NSW

Natasha is dynamite when it comes to getting things done in style. With a strong focus on efficiency and developing a solid process, she is a powerhouse of GSD. Natasha has experience across real estate, hospitality, and administration, recently completing her Diploma of Business in 2021 as well as her Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) in 2019.

She enjoys going to the gym, playing touch football and going for long walks with her Schnauzer Rosie & Spoodle Willow. She also has a phobia of crows and magpies.

Alexander Nicol | Implementation & Training Manager - NSW

Sydney icon, community leader, and proud Gemini.

From start-ups to established agencies, Alex is adept at explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner from his background in real estate and software. Alex is passionate about guiding his clients to grasp the functionalities of Agentbox, and to maximise its potential. Additionally, Alex's experience extends throughout hospitality, operations management, and fashion.

Expect training, delivered with style.

On the weekends, Alex is often found in Darlinghurst buying plants, probably.

Wendy Yoo | Implementation Consultant - NSW

Wendy has years of experience in real estate sales and has extensive knowledge around mortgage broking and conveyancing. Her biggest passion is helping others succeed, which is why she has made the decision to work at Agentbox.

Her sessions are always highly interactive and enjoyable, featuring real-life scenarios and quiz exercises that help agents retain information easily and become more confident with using the CRM.

She loves Winter, but enjoys Summer activities such as paddle boarding, snorkelling and fishing.

Eduarda Lisboa | Junior Implementation Consultant – NSW

With experience in hospitality, retail, business and administration, Eduarda obtained her Cert IV and Diploma in Property Services in 2019. She has since worked in the Real Estate industry as a property manager acquiring extensive knowledge of the industry and how the systems operate. Her ample attention to detail and extraordinary customer service skills allow her to identify clients' needs, providing her with exceptional tools to exceed clients' expectations.

Kicking butt in and out of the office, a wild Eduarda can be found in its natural habitat (the gym), training for Muay Thai fights. An adventurer who loves getting to know new people, places, foods and activities, she takes pleasure in spending quality time with her daughter, being outdoors and playing sports weather permitting. She is otherwise found under her blanket with snacks, watching documentaries or playing video games.
